Article 1071 of Civil Code

1 - Judicial expenses incurred in the interest of all creditors in preserving, selling and distributing the debtor's property shall have a preferential right over the price of that property. 2 - These expenses shall be satisfied before any other right, even if preferential or secured by a mortgage or pledge. - Expenses incurred in selling the property shall take precedence over those incurred in distribution proceedings.
