English translation
1 - Amounts spent on preserving a movable and on repairs necessary for it shall enjoy a privilege over the whole of it. 2 - These amounts shall be satisfied from the price of the movable after judicial expenses and amounts due to the Public Treasury. As between themselves, they take priority over one another in reverse order of the dates on which they were spent.

١ - المبالغ التي صرفت في حفظ المنقول وفيما يلزم له من إصلاح، يكون لها امتياز
عليه كله.
٢ - وتستوفي هذه المبالغ من ثمن المنقول بعد المصروفات القضائية والمبالغ المستحقة
للخزانة العامة، أما فيما بينها فيقدم بعضها على بعض بحسب الترتيب العكسي
