Article 1075 of Civil Code

1 - Amounts spent on seed, fertilizer and other fertilizing materials and insect-control materials, and amounts spent on cultivation and harvesting work, shall have a preferential lien over the crop on whose production they were spent, and shall all have the same rank. 2 - These amounts shall be paid out of the price of the crop after judicial expenses, amounts due to the Public Treasury, preservation and repair expenses, and amounts secured by a general preferential lien.
