English translation
1- Legal guardianship or appointed guardianship shall extend to all the minor's property. Appointed guardianship may be limited by the father's will or by a judicial ruling, as the case may be. 2- However, if property devolves upon the minor by way of a bequest or donation, and the testator directs, or the donor stipulates at the time of the donation, that the property shall not be subject to the legal guardianship of the father or grandfather or the appointed guardianship of a specified person, such property shall be excluded from that legal or appointed guardianship. The court shall then appoint a special guardian for the minor to exercise guardianship over that property, unless the testator or donor has selected a guardian for him in the form specified by Article 113 for the selection of a guardian by the father.
