Article 117 of Civil Code

1 - Trusteeship over the property of a child in utero shall, as regards the person undertaking it, be established in the same manner as guardianship over a minor's property. 2 - If the father selects or the court appoints a trustee over the property of a child in utero, that person shall have testamentary guardianship over the child after birth, unless the court appoints another guardian for the child.
