Article 120 of Civil Code

1 If there are several guardians, whether chosen or appointed, none of them may act alone unless the father or the court, as the case may be, has specified the competence of each of them. -2 Nevertheless, each of the several guardians may carry out dispositions necessary to preserve the minor's property and those that admit of no delay. He may also carry out dispositions that are manifestly beneficial to the minor.
