Article 123 of Civil Code

1 - If guardianship over a minor's property is vested in someone other than the Department of Minors' Affairs, a supervisor may be installed alongside the guardian, even if selected, to oversee his dispositions. 2 - If the father has not selected a supervisor for his minor child, the court may appoint one if there are grounds for doing so. The supervisor selected by the father shall be presented to the court for confirmation. 3 - If the minor is Kuwaiti, the court may entrust supervision to the Department of Minors' Affairs. 4 - The supervisor must meet the conditions required of a guardian.
