Article 114 of Civil Code

1 - If serious grounds exist for fearing harm to the minor's property from the guardianship of his father, grandfather, or selected guardian, the court may, at the request of the Department of Minors' Affairs or any other interested person, restrict or remove that guardianship. 2 - The court may remove the appointed guardian and install another in his place if the minor's interests so require.
