Article 113 of Civil Code

1 - A father’s selection of a testamentary guardian for his minor shall not be recognized unless it is contained in an official instrument, an instrument in which the father’s signature is authenticated, or an instrument written in the father’s handwriting and bearing his signature. 2 - The father may at any time revoke his selection a decision of the Minister of Justice. of a testamentary guardian for his minor. His revocation shall be recognized even if it is not made in the form prescribed by law for making his selection. 3 - The testamentary guardian selected by the father for his minor shall be presented to the court for confirmation.
