English translation
1 - Whoever causes damage to another by his wrongful act shall be obliged to compensate him, whether he causes the damage directly or indirectly. 2 - A person shall be obliged to compensate for damage arising from his wrongful act even if he lacks discernment.

١ - كل من أحدث بفعله الخاطئ ضررًا بغيره يلتزم بتعويضه، سواء أكان في إحداثه
الضرر مباشرًا أو متسببًا.
