English translation
1 - If several persons caused the damage through their fault, each shall be obliged, toward the injured party, to compensate for all the damage. 2 - The burden of liability shall be apportioned among the several liable persons in proportion to the role of each person's fault in causing the damage. If that role cannot be determined, the burden of liability shall be apportioned equally among them.

١ - إذا تعدد الأشخاص الذين حدث الضرر بخطئهم ، التزم كل منهم، في مواجهة
المضرور، بتعويض كل الضرر.
٢ - ويتوزع غرم المسئولية فيما بين المسئولين المتعددين بقدر دور خطأ كل منهم في
