English translation
If the fault that caused the damage was committed by its perpetrator as a result of incitement or assistance, the damage shall be deemed to result from the fault of both the principal perpetrator and the accomplices, and they shall incur liability to compensate for it.

إذا كان الخطأ الذي رتب الضرر قد وقع من مرتكبه نتيجة تحريض أو مساعدة،
اعتبر الضرر ناجما عن خطأ كل من الفاعل الأصلي والشركاء، وانشغلت مسئوليتهم
