English translation
1 - The harm for which the person responsible for an unlawful act is obliged to compensate shall be determined by the loss incurred and the profit forgone, insofar as these are a natural consequence of the unlawful act. 2 - The loss incurred or profit forgone shall be considered a natural consequence of the unlawful act if it could not have been avoided by exerting the reasonable effort required of an ordinary person by the circumstances.

١ - يتحدد الضرر الذي يلتزم المسئول عن العمل غير المشروع بالتعويض عنه
بالخسارة التي وقعت والكسب الذي فات، طالما كان ذلك نتيجة طبيعية للعمل
غير المشروع.
٢ - وتعتبر الخسارة الواقعة أو الكسب الفائت نتيجة طبيعية للعمل غير المشروع،
إذا لم يكن في المقدور تفاديها ببذل الجهد المعقول الذي تقتضيه ظروف الحال من
