English translation
If a person proves that the damage arose from an extraneous cause beyond his control, such as force majeure, a fortuitous event, an act of the injured party, or an act of a third party, he shall not be obliged to pay compensation, unless a provision stipulates otherwise.

إذا أثبت الشخص أن الضرر قد نشأ عن سبب أجنبي عنه لا يـد لـه فيـه، كقوة قاهرة
أو حادث فجائي أو فعل المضرور أو فعل الغير ، كان غير ملزم بالتعويض، وذلك
