Article 234 of Civil Code

1 - If a person’s fault contributes, together with the injured party’s fault, to causing the harm, he shall be liable for compensation only to an extent proportionate to the effect of his fault in causing the harm relative to the injured party’s own fault. 2 - Nevertheless, the concurrence of the injured party’s fault with that of the person liable shall have no effect on the amount of blood money.
