English translation of the principle

The direct perpetrator in Islamic jurisprudence. What is meant thereby. A person whose act, which he personally performed, brought about the harm and caused it without an intermediary, that is, without anything intervening between that act and the directly resulting harm, which is what was the cause of the matter but did not itself bring it about. - 553 - Commercial - Proof that the harm did not result directly from the bus in which the appellants' deceased predecessor was riding, but rather from the impact caused by the truck striking it. Its effect. The bus is not considered the direct perpetrator of the harm, and the company owning it is also exempted from its liability as carrier because the fault of a third party is established. Article 233 of the Civil Code.
