English translation of the principle

The direct actor in Islamic jurisprudence. His definition and the distinction between him and the indirect causer. - A vehicle standing to water plants on the road's central reservation while using warning signals. The deceased's vehicle colliding with it and his veering off, coinciding with the approach of another vehicle in its normal lane. The direct actor is the driver of the latter vehicle. The rationale therefor. The movement of this vehicle generated the damage and occurred and itself brought about the deceased's death without an intermediary and was its cause, without the movement of the deceased's vehicle affecting this, so long as it did not amount to gross and intentional misconduct. The judgment's denial of the status of direct actor to the driver of the first vehicle in the incident. No error.
