English translation
1 - A superior shall be liable to the injured person for damage caused by his subordinate's unlawful act whenever it occurs in the performance of his duties or by reason thereof. 2 - The relationship of subordination shall exist, even if the superior was not free to select his subordinate, whenever the task assigned to the subordinate gives the superior actual authority to supervise and direct him.

۱ - يكون المتبوع مسئولاً، في مواجهة المضرور ، عن الضرر الذي يحدثه تابعه بعمله
