If the debtor is obliged to refrain from an act and breaches that obligation, the creditor may request the removal of what was done in breach of the obligation, and may seek judicial authorization to carry out that removal at the debtor's expense, without prejudice to his right to compensation.

إذا التزم المدين بالامتناع عن عمل وأخل بهذا الالتزام، جاز للدائن أن يطلب إزالة
ما وقع مخالفًا للالتزام، وله أن يطلب من القضاء ترخيصًا في أن يقوم بهذه الإزالة
