English translation
It may be agreed to exempt the debtor from any liability arising from failure to perform his contractual obligation or delay in its performance, except that arising from his fraud or gross negligence.

يجوز الاتفاق على إعفاء المدين من أية مسؤولية تترتب على عدم تنفيذ التزامه
