English translation
It may be agreed that the debtor shall bear the risk of force majeure or a fortuitous event. Article 296 (1) It may be agreed to exempt the debtor from any liability arising from failure to perform his contractual obligation or delay in its performance, except liability arising from his fraud or gross fault.
