English translation
The debtor shall be placed in default by a formal notice or an official instrument serving in place of formal notice. He may also be placed in default by any other agreed means.

يكون إعذار المدين بإنذاره، أو بورقة رسمية تقوم مقام الإنذار، كما يجوز أن يكون
