Article 327 of Civil Code

1 - An obligation subject to a resolutory condition takes effect immediately. If that condition is fulfilled, the obligation shall cease, and the creditor must return what he received. If return becomes impossible for a cause attributable to him, he must pay its equivalent. 2 - Nevertheless, acts of administration performed by the creditor shall remain effective despite fulfillment of the condition.
