English translation
1 - Satisfaction of the debt by one of the joint and several debtors, in kind or by substitute performance, shall discharge him and the remaining debtors. 2 - If one of the joint and several debtors is discharged by way of transfer of the debt, the Law Index 988 Home Page Civil Code Decree-Law No. 67 of 1980 AD promulgating the Civil Code other debtors shall be discharged with him unless they consented to the transfer.

١ - يترتب على وفاء أحد المدينين المتضامنين بالدين عينًا أو بمقابل براءة ذمته وبراءة
باقي المدينين.
٢ - وإذا برئت ذمة أحد المدينين المتضامنين بطريق حوالة الدين فإنه يبرأ معه المدينون
