English translation
Novation of the debt between the creditor and one of the joint and several debtors results in the discharge of the remaining debtors, unless the creditor reserves his right against them.

يترتب على تجديد الدين بين الدائن وأحد المدينين المتضامنين أن تبرأ ذمة باقي المدينين
