English translation
If the capacities of creditor and one of his joint and several debtors merge, the debt shall not be extinguished in respect of the remaining debtors except to the extent of the share of the debtor whose capacity merged with that of the creditor.

إذا اتحدت ذمة الدائن وأحد مدينيه المتضامنين فإن الدين لا ينقضي بالنسبة إلى باقي
