English translation
1 - A joint and several debtor shall, in relation to performance of the obligation, be liable only for his own act. 2 - If the creditor serves formal notice on one of the joint and several debtors or brings proceedings against him, this shall have no effect with respect to the remaining debtors. However, if one of the joint and several debtors serves formal notice on the creditor, the remaining debtors shall benefit from that formal notice. ١ - لا يكون المدين المتضامن مسئولاً فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ الالتزام إلا عن فعله.
٢ - وإذا أعذر الدائن أحد المدينين المتضامنين أو قاضاه فلا يكون لذلك أثر بالنسبة
إلى باقي المدينين، أما إذا أعذر أحد المدينين المتضامنين الدائن فإن باقي المدينين
