English translation
1 - If one of the joint and several debtors acknowledges the debt, that acknowledgment shall not be effective against the others. 2 - If one of the joint and several debtors refuses to take an oath, or tenders an oath to the creditor who takes it, the other debtors shall not be prejudiced thereby. - If the creditor confines himself to tendering an oath to one of the joint and several debtors, who takes it, the other debtors shall benefit therefrom.

١ - إذا أقر أحد المدينين المتضامنين بالدين فلا يسري هذا الإقرار في حق الباقين.
٢ - وإذا نكل أحد المدينين المتضامنين عن اليمين أو وجه إلى الدائن يمينا حلفها فلا
يضار بذلك باقي المدينين.
- وإذا اقتصر الدائن على توجيه اليمين إلى أحد المدينين المتضامنين فحلفها فإن
