English translation
1 - If a judgment is rendered against one of the joint and several debtors, it may not be invoked against the others. 2 - If, however, the judgment is rendered in favour of one of them, the others shall benefit from it unless it is based on a ground personal to the debtor in whose favour the judgment was rendered.

١ - إذا صدر حكم على أحد المدينين المتضامنين فلا يُحتج به على الباقين.
٢ - أما إذا صدر الحكم لصالح أحدهم فإن الباقين يستفيدون منه إلا إذا كان مبنيًا
