English translation
If there are multiple debtors in an indivisible obligation, each shall be bound to perform the obligation in full. The debtor who performs shall have recourse against the others, each to the extent of his share, unless the circumstances indicate otherwise.

إذا تعدد المدينون في التزام غير قابل للانقسام، كان كل منهم ملزما بوفاء الالتزام
كاملاً، وللمدين الذي وفى حق الرجوع على الباقين كل بقدر حصته، إلا إذا تبين
