English translation
A creditor may assign to another person his claim against his debtor, unless prohibited by a provision of law, the contracting parties' agreement, or the nature of the obligation. The assignment shall be effected without the need for the debtor's consent.

يجوز للدائن أن يحيل إلى غيره ما له من حق في ذمة مدينه، إلا إذا منع من ذلك
