English translation
The assignment shall not be effective against the debtor or third parties unless the debtor accepts it or is served notice thereof, provided that its effectiveness against third parties through the debtor's acceptance requires that the acceptance bear an established date.

لا تكون الحوالة نافذة في حق المدين أو في حق الغير إلا إذا قبلها المدين أو أُعلنت
