1 - If the assignment is for consideration, the assignor warrants only the existence of the assigned right at the time of the assignment, unless there is (3) an agreement providing otherwise. - If, however, the assignment is without consideration, the assignor does not warrant even the existence of the right.

١ - إذا كانت الحوالة بعوض فلا يضمن المحيل إلا وجود الحق المحال به وقت
الحوالة ما لم بوجد (۳) اتفاق يقضي بغير ذلك.
