English translation
If the possessor of the mortgaged immovable property pays the entire debt and is subrogated to the creditors, he may not, by virtue of that subrogation, have recourse against the possessor of another immovable property mortgaged for the same debt except to the extent of that possessor's share according to the value of the immovable property in his possession.

إذا وفى حائز العقار المرهون كل الدين، وحل محل الدائنين فلا يكون له بمقتضى
هذا الحلول أن يرجع على حائز لعقار آخر مرهون في ذات الدين إلا بقدر حصة
