English translation
A person subrogated by law or agreement to the creditor shall have the creditor's right with its characteristics, its accessories, the securities securing it, and the defenses applicable to it. Such subrogation shall be to the extent paid by the person subrogated to the creditor.

من حل قانونًا أو اتفاقًا محل الدائن، كان له حقه بما لهذا الحق من خصائص وما
يلحقه من توابع، وما يكفله من تأمينات وما يرد عليه من دفوع، ويكون هذا
