An actual tender of the debt shall take the place of payment if followed by a deposit or an alternative procedure in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Procedure, and then accepted by the creditor or declared valid by a final judgment.

يقوم مقام الوفاء, عرض الدين عرضا حقيقيا, إذا تلاه, إيداع أو إجراء بديل
