1 - Novation will result in the extinction of the original obligation with its accessories and the creation of a new obligation in its place. 2 - The securities guaranteeing the original obligation shall not pass to the new obligation except by a provision of law or if it appears that this was intended.

۱ - سيترتب على التجديد انقضاء الالتزام الأصلي بتوابعه وإنشاء التزام جديد مكانه.
٢ - ولا تنتقل إلى الالتزام الجديد التأمينات التي كانت تضمن الالتزام الأصلي إلا
