1 - Delegation is effected when the debtor and a third party agree that the latter shall pay the debt alongside him or in his place. - However, discharge of the original debtor requires the creditor's consent. 3 - Delegation does not require a pre-existing indebtedness between the debtor and the third party.

١ - تتم الإنابة إذا اتفق المدين وأجنبي على أن يقوم بوفاء الدين معه أو مكانه.
- على أنه يلزم لبراءة ذمة المدين الأصلي موافقة الدائن.
