Article 443 of Civil Code

1 - The period prescribed for barring the hearing of an action concerning the rights provided for in Articles 440 and 442 begins to run from the time when the creditors complete their prestations, even if they continue to perform other prestations. 2 - If an instrument is drawn up in respect of any of these rights, the hearing of an action concerning it shall not be barred until fifteen years have elapsed.
