English translation
If a cause exists that suspends the running of the period prescribed for barring the hearing of the action in respect of some of the creditor’s heirs, the period shall not be suspended in respect of the remaining heirs.

إذا وجد سبب يوقف سريان المدة المقررة لعدم سماع الدعوى بالنسبة إلى بعض
