English translation
The contract for work terminates when performance of the contracted work becomes impossible for a reason attributable to neither party. The contractor shall then have the right to claim from the employer his expenditure and the remuneration due to him, within the limits of the benefit accruing to the employer.

تنتهي المقاولة باستحالة تنفيذ العمل المعقود عليه لسبب لا يد لأحد الطرفين فيه ,
وعندئذ يكون للمقاول الحق في مطالبة رب العمل بما أنفقه وبما يستحقه من أجر
