1 - The employer may terminate the contract for work and stop performance of the work at any time before its completion, provided that he compensates the contractor for all expenses he has incurred, all work he has completed, and the profit he could have earned had he completed the work. 2 - However, the court may reduce the compensation due for the contractor's lost profit if the circumstances make such reduction equitable.
