English translation
If the person who paid the earnest money withdraws, he shall forfeit it. If the person who received it withdraws, he shall be obliged to return it and pay an equal amount. All this shall apply without regard to any harm resulting from the withdrawal.

إذا عدل من دفع العربون فقده. وإذا عدل من قبضه التزم برده و دفع مثله. وذلك
