English translation
An agreement whereby one party promises to conclude a specified contract in favor of the other party shall not be concluded unless it specifies the essential matters of the contract promised to be concluded and the period within which it must be concluded, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 69.

الاتفاق الذي يعد بموجبه أحد طرفيه أن يبرم ، لصالح الطرف الآخر, عقدا معينا،
لا ينعقد إلا إذا عينت فيه المسائل الجوهرية للعقد الموعود بإبرامه, والمدة التي يجب
