Article 70 of Civil Code

1 - If the contract requires that it be concluded a second time or in another form, each party shall conclude it in its final form within the period specified by the preliminary contract, or otherwise within a reasonable period. 2 - The final contract shall be concluded on the same terms as the preliminary contract, unless an amendment thereto is agreed upon or such amendment is required by the nature of the transaction or the circumstances of the case.
