English translation
If real security has been established over property of the debtor to secure the debt, and a suretyship is provided after or together with that security, the surety, if not jointly and severally liable with the debtor, may request enforcement against the property encumbered with the real security before enforcement against his own property.

إذا كان هناك تأمين عيني مقرر على مال للمدين ضمانا للدين, وقدمت كفـالـة بـعـد
