English translation
A stipulation providing for forfeiture of the insured's right because of his delay in reporting the insured incident to the authorities or in submitting documents shall not be given effect if it appears from the circumstances that the delay was for an acceptable excuse.

لا يعتد بالشرط الذي يقضي بسقوط حق المؤمن له بسبب تأخره في إعلان الحادث
المؤمن منه إلى السلطات أو في تقديم المستندات إذا تبين من الظروف أن التأخر كان
