Conditions relating to nullity, forfeiture or arbitration may not be invoked against the insured unless they are displayed in a distinctive manner, such as being written in more conspicuous or larger lettering.

لا يجوز الاحتجاج على المؤمن له بالشروط المتعلقة بالبطلان أو بالسقوط أو
بالتحكيم, إلا إذا أبرزت بطريقة متميزة, كأن تكتب بحروف أكثر ظهورا أو أكبر
