English translation
The following conditions appearing in the policy shall be void: a) A condition excluding acts contrary to laws and regulations from the scope of insurance, unless the exclusion is specific. b) Any unfair condition whose breach is shown to have had no effect on the occurrence of the insured risk.

يقع باطلا ما يرد في الوثيقة من الشروط الآتية:
أ) الشرط الذي يستثني من نطاق التأمين الأعمال المخالفة للقوانين واللوائح ما لم
يكن الاستثناء محددا.
