English translation
If the terms recorded in the policy do not conform to what was agreed upon, the insured may request correction of those terms within thirty days from receipt of the policy. If he does not do so, this shall be deemed acceptance by him of the terms recorded therein.

إذا لم تطابق الشروط المدونة بالوثيقة ما تم الاتفاق عليه كان للمؤمن له أن يطلب
تصحيح هذه الشروط في مدى ثلاثين يوما من وقت تسلم الوثيقة, فإن لم يفعل,
